Refunds and Returns

Overview

You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund or store credit. The book must be unread, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your book must:

  • Be unused, with no markings, folds, or damage
  • Be in original wrapping or packaging
  • Not be a personalized or signed copy unless an error was ours
  • Non‑Returnable Items
  • The following are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Books marked final sale, signed, or autographed
  • Promotional bundles or gift cards
  • Items that arrive in poor condition due to use or shipping (unless damaged before reaching you)

How to Request a Return

Use our Contact page, and include your order number and desired resolution (refund or store credit).

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please ship via a trackable method. We recommend insurance for higher-value items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, refunds are made via the original payment method, or store credit is issued. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive the item.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you’ve not received your refund after the processing window:

  • Check with your bank or credit card issuer
  • If still unresolved, use our Contact page to let us know

Exchanges & Credits

We don’t offer direct book exchanges. However, if a return is approved, you can request a store credit to order another book at a later time.

Gift Purchases

If the item was gift-shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the purchase amount. If it was sent to the purchaser first, refunds go back to them; you may receive a gift credit instead.

Shipping & Restocking Fees

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is not in resalable condition, a restocking fee may apply (deducted from your refund amount).
